All products from Angelicsister.com are images of actual dresses, and we do our best to reflect all details in the images displayed on the site. We do not offer refunds for items on the basis the finished product is not 100% identical to the website product image. This may include slight colour variations due to dye batches and computer screen resolutions.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds are applicable to items which are considered faulty from manufacturing only.
Goods which are deemed faulty by our quality control team will be refunded in the same way which the order was paid. Angelicsister.com will refund the customers in the event goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a manufacturing fault.
Once your return dress is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item on the date it has been received.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after 24 hours of receiving the returned goods.
If your refund application is approved it will be processed within 30 days from the date of that approval, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or by original method of payment.
Our returns and refund policy applies immediately from receiving your dress/s up to the following 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase payment date, a refund or exchange will no longer be available.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns when change of mind occurs, incorrect choice of purchase or fault which is not caused by manufacture. We advise that you take your time when placing your order to ensure you have selected the correct style, colour and size of dress or dresses you wish to purchase.
All returns and refunds must be completed in the same way in which the dress/s were purchased i.e Online purchase requires online return application.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be sent back via registered post and tracking number emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
We only exchange items if your dress has a manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com with your information as well as the details of the dress and a proof of purchase or receipt within14 days from the purchase date.
Once you have placed your order with Angelicsister.com, the order will be approved and processed after 24 hours. Majority of our dresses are made to order, if you decide to cancel or amend your order you will have a 24 hour cooling period to do so. After 24 hours your order is processed and will not be able to be altered or cancelled. This includes incorrect choice and change of mind. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information required to process your order.
Angelicsister.com reserve the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable, discontinued or no longer in production. In addition we reserve the right to cancel your order if you have provided unauthorised credit card payments or if you have provided incomplete or invalid personal details required to fulfil your order. Angelicsister.com also reserve the right to change or alter any products featured on our website without any notice.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you consider using a track shipping service as well as purchase shipping insurance. Angelicsister.com can not guarantee that we will receive your item once shipped successfully from your part.
